A new idea pops into your head.

You pick up your phone to note it for later.

You’re hit with 5,000 other creators shouting:

“Do this. Do that. Do the other.”

(A herd of sheep bleating the SAME tired meme.)

Do you WANT to do any of them?

Is that YOU?

If you're honest, you can’t stand what they’re doing.

But…maybe you should?

It seems to be working for them...

What choice do you have?

You need something (anything!) to work.

So you push forward.

Then, a click. You’re in momentum.

“YES. This is it. Finally.

THIS is gonna work!”

But then you step away for a minute.

That dreaded thought appears from the depths:

"What's the point? How will this one idea make ANY impact?"

"Learn and understand the algorithm and create everything to optimise for that."

Why?

And the millions who aren't actually creating?

They can't resist the false mirage of a shortcut.

So that type of information does VERY well for views and engagement...

With wannabe Creators who aren't creating enough.

Not actual Creators who are building successful businesses!

Here's the Truth:

You are NOT making anything for the algorithm...

You are making for PEOPLE.

The good news is...

People are weird.

They like all kinds of stuff!

What AI To Use for the Lab?

Claude

Claude AI is theoretically great for this, but there’s a HUGE problem:

Usage limits.

Even on the US$20/month plan, you’ll very quickly run into the daily usage limit.

Why?

Because in the Lab we’ll use the SAME chat (important for reasons I’ll explain in the session) so you’ll quickly run into your daily limit.

DeepSeek

It’s the most different of all of them. I don’t use it for this type of work because it’s too conceptual / philosophical when I've tried it.

Gemini

Good but boring.

It’s great for analysis, seeing blind spots and critical thinking.

BUT for this? It’s not ideal, because it doesn’t have that free flowing creative spark you get from…

ChatGPT

This is the AI I recommend for the AI Genius Lab.

Yes, ChatGPT can be too “rah rah”.

It’s the most “oooh you’re awesome” (even when you say something dumb.)

It tells you what you want to hear.

But do you know what?

This is exactly the energy we need to get into high-velocity idea development.

PLUS: you don’t have to believe everything it says.

In fact - PLEASE DON’T!

I design my AI approach on the understanding that what it spits out is NOT true - it’s simply coherent.

(This means it CAN be accurate - but often isn’t.)

Keep it simple and use ChatGPT.

Do I Need a Paid ChatGPT Subscription?

Ideally, yes. But not necessarily.

It’s hard to know the usage limit of the ChatGPT free tier. I guess it might change depending on worldwide usage at any given moment.

This means that if you're on the free tier I can’t guarantee you won’t hit a usage limit if you attend the session live.

So if you’re on the free tier you have two options:

1. Subscribe for the US$20/month subscription.
